Not at all. Our Personal Training is designed for where you are right now, not where you think you need to be. We will progress together.
Most clients start noticing changes in 2-4 weeks. Visible results typically take 6-12 weeks, depending on consistency and effort.
It is not a problem at all. Every session is planned and adapted to your needs. There's always a way around limitations and JSF can help strengthen weak areas with minimal risk of injury.
JSF currently have clients who see results with 1,2,3 or 4 sessions per week, it is based solely on you and your goals. I would recommend at least 2 sessions per week purely to be able to focus greater on specific areas however I've seen huge progress in clients which only train once per week. There is always the option to combine Personal Training with sessions outside at the gym as well.
JSF takes a completely personalise approach when it comes to Personal Training, each session is created specifically for you. Our sessions are designed to comfortably push you through your limits and assist you in levelling up both physically and mentally.
It's no stress at all. JSF will usually demonstrate each exercise, monitor and correct form through each rep of every set.
Training with JSF takes away the gym anxiety feeling. It is just the two of you training in an easy going environment.
