Our Online Coaching option is tailored specifically to help you reach your fitness and health goals in every way possible. Through customised training programs targeting areas you want to focus on, tailored meal plans with accurate calories/macros and including the foods you enjoy as well as daily targets to tick off in order for you to reach your individual goals.
Anyone can join Jesse Shannon Fitness' online coaching, regardless of fitness level or experience. Our plans are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
After our Questionnaire is filled out and details have been sent, clients will receive their Online Coaching Initial Documents through email. From there, clients will be introduced to a 1:1 WhatsApp messenger chat where any questions can be asked, check ins will be completed fortnightly through WhatsApp to make sure you are absolutely on track towards your goal, adjustments will be made to Meal Plans and Training Programs along the way.
You can get results in the gym or at home, we provide training programs for home-based training using any equipment readily available or body weight if needed.
Jesse Shannon Fitness has a personalised approach, meaning your plans will be created specifically to suit your lifestyle. Life can get busy with work, family, friends and events so we're sure to take it all into account to guide you to the best routine possible.
As mentioned above, Jesse Shannon Fitness will plan according to your lifestyle - creating training programs as efficiently and effectively as possible, similar approach with meal plans as meals can be created with time efficiency in mind.
All injuries or special conditions will be taken into account, there is always a way to see you thriving around any circumstances.
